Performance evaluation is a modern management tool.An accurate and effective performance evaluation can help Banks create high performance and achieve rapid development.At present,commercial Banks at home and abroad are improving their internal management by improving the performance evaluation mechanism,attracting talents,improving staff enthusiasm,improving their own management level,weakening risks and enhancing competitiveness.JS bank is no exception.As a commercial bank in S province,it needs to improve its performance evaluation mechanism in the face of fierce market competition.The application of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation method to JS bank's performance appraisal can change the problem of the current performance evaluation lagging behind,help improve the bank's various systems,improve its competitiveness,and promote the work enthusiasm of employees.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in JS bank performance and the reasons.It is concluded that the current performance evaluation indicators are disjointed from the bank's strategic objectives,the factors of employees are too neglected,the number of performance evaluation indicators is too small,and the current index weight design is too simple.Field surveyinterview and questionnaire survey are adopted to listen to the opinions of experts and bank staff.Secondly,it analyzes the four dimensions of BSC,clarifies the principles of index system construction,and designs the four dimensions and the weight of specific indicators on the basis of the construction principles.Then take the financial dimension as an example to verify the balanced scorecard.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of BSC,a set of regular feedback mechanism is set up to guarantee the staff,management and supporting facilities,and timely modify and improve the performance system.
