| With the development of the theory and practice of human resource management, human resource management has been carried out in hospital and became more and more important. Nurse is an important part and the image of a hospital, so nursing work is one of the important factors that affect patients’satisfaction, and also one of the important factors that determine competitive advantage of a hospital. Therefore, it should pay more attention to establish a scientific performance appraisal system for assessment of nurses’work, to motivate nurses to improve the level of work, service attitude and enthusiasm.This paper focuses on Shaanxi Nuclear Geology215Hospital (referred to the215hospital as below), and develope an effective215hospital nurses’performance appraisal system by quantitative and qualitative ways which is based on a lot of previous research on performance appraisal. First of all, learning about the current situation of nursing staff through reading the data and conversation with the human resource personnel in215hospital; Then determining the index of performance evaluation system based on the research and reference existing research literature of215hospital, and determine the weight and original score of each index by means of questionnaire; Finally, using the established performance evaluation system to measure the nurses’performance in nearly three years and put forward measures and suggestions according to the measured results.The paper studies the current situation of nurses’ performance and then puts forward to the measures and suggestions by visiting and investigating the performance status of nurses in215hospital.Taking215hospital as the representative, aimed at providing references for nurses’performance reforming and performance measuring in hospitals. |
