Research On The Impact Of Supply Chain Alliance Embeddedness On Innovation Performance Of Manufacturing Enterprises

With the decline of the agricultural and industrial era,the society is developing towards the information age,the enterprise competition is increasingly fierce,the market environment and customer needs are constantly changing.The traditional enterprise development model is difficult to adapt to the changes of the times,only the supply chain is constructed.Alliances can complement each other's strengths,help companies maintain long-term core competitiveness,and enhance the innovation efficiency of supply chain alliances.The psychological factors such as the degree of relationship,trust level,emotion,and satisfaction among the members of the alliance will affect the formation of the shared mental model of the supply chain alliance and the improvement of innovation performance.In order to clarify the mechanism of relationship embedding,sharing mental model and supply chain alliance innovation performance,this paper issues 450 questionnaires for manufacturing enterprise supply chain alliance management personnel to conduct pre-investigation on questionnaires.The structural equation model is used to construct the theoretical model of the mechanism of relationship embedding on the innovation performance of supply chain alliance.The shared mental model is used as the mediator variable,and the relationship between the relationship embedding and the sharing of mental model and innovation performance isverified by the empirical data of the questionnaire.From the perspective of embedded type,it proposes to build stable supply chain alliance membership and share mental model for supply chain alliance enterprises.The introduction of the relationship management module in the management of the supply chain alliance ensures the stability of the alliance and ensures the improvement of the innovation performance of the enterprise.The specific research ideas are as follows:This paper first introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the status quo and development of the research at home and abroad,the main ideas,methods,contents,research difficulties and innovations.The second part focuses on the theoretical basis and related concepts of research.The concepts mainly include relationship embedding,shared mental models and supply chain alliances.The theoretical basis mainly introduces embedded theory,innovation theory and supply chain alliance theory.The third part mainly discusses the theoretical relationship between relationship embedding,shared mental model and supply chain alliance innovation performance.On this basis,the influencing factors are extracted and eleven research hypotheses are proposed,and the theoretical model between the three is constructed.The fourth part is based on the relationship embedding theory,the shared mental model theory and the predecessor research results to design a measurement scale for the supply chain alliance,and the innovation performance measurement scale based on the current status of the manufacturing supply chain alliance;secondly,through the questionnaire survey method Data on supply chain alliance relationships,sharing mental models and innovation performance.The fifth part uses SPSS software to test the reliability and validity of the collected questionnaire data,and analyzes it;constructs a hypothetical model between relationship embedding,shared mental model and supply chain alliance innovationperformance,and uses structural equation model.The fitting test is carried out on the hypothesis test.The sixth part is based on the theoretical research and practice test results,and proposes the system relationship strategy and innovation performance improvement for the supply chain alliance enterprises,in order to improve the innovation performance of the manufacturing enterprise supply chain alliance.This paper constructs a structural equation model between relationship embedding,shared mental model and innovation performance of manufacturing supply chain alliance,and uses questionnaire data to conduct empirical research.According to the research results,from constructing stable alliance relationship and sharing mental model The idea of improving the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprise supply chain alliance is put forward,in order to improve the supply chain alliance innovation performance from the perspective of alliance relationship management and constructing a stable shared mental model.
