Study On Management Problem Of Business Incubator System In Hebi City

Currently in an era of "innovation and entrepreneurship",business incubators are an important starting point.In recent years,Hebi business incubators has achieved remarkable results,providing strong support for the development of Hebi science and technology and initially formed a relatively complete science and technology enterprise cultivation and growth system of "entrepreneurial nursery-incubator-accelerator-specialized industrial park." However,there are several deep-rooted problems that need to be addressed:(1)The incubation space is abundant but the talent and quality projects are not concentrated enough;(2)the policy of attracting local talents is not enough;(3)the form of science and technology financial services is too simple and the financing ability is not strong;(4)state-owned and private incubators the managemerial support role is still insufficient;(5)hardware facilities concessions,but there are major problems in the technology and entrepreneurial service.In response to the above problems,based on the theory of firm growing theory,innovation aggregation theory,resource-based theory and social network theory,combined with the current situation of hi-tech business incubators in Hebi City,this author uses the methods of investigation and research,and literature research to promote the construction of incubators in Hebi City by the mode of "recruiting talents and borrowing wisdom" and "virtual incubation".The full text is divided into six parts: The introduction part summarizes the background,significance and overall content of the thesis,as well as domestic and foreign literature review;Chapter 1 is related concepts and theoretical basis,focusing on the United States,Britain and Israel’s incubator mode of management and development experience for reference,also elaborated the core theory of innovation aggregation theory,core resource theory and social network theory;Chapter 2 is the development status and development trend of Hebi City’s business incubator,summarizing the characteristics and future development trend of Hebi City’s business incubator development;Chapter 3 is the investigation and analysis of the management of Hebi City’s business incubator.Combined with the investigation,it analyzes the core problem of the Hebi City incubator;Chapter 4 is the management optimization strategy of Hebi City startup incubator.Finally,the conclusion part systematically sums up the management mode and strategy of Hebi City business incubator "leveraging the lead",in order to introduce the external high quality resources to break through the bottleneck of science and technology development in the inland cities with small volume,and also face up to the research depth,Research,policy design mechanism,there are deficiencies.Specific countermeasures,we should thoroughly implement the currently effective "borrowing power and introducing intelligence" strategy,introducing external high-qualityresources to break the bottleneck of technological development in small cities in inland cities.it is proposed to work from the impossible:(1)to build Hebi local Business incubator.Strengthen the core business incubators platform with core advantages,build a virtual platform to enhance the management between industry,universities and research institutes,strengthen the role of leading enterprises in cultivating the ecological chain of local science and technology industries,and(2)bring together outstanding entrepreneurs to nurture entrepreneurship.Attract a group of handsome talents and encourage more talents to join in innovation and entrepreneurship;(3)construct a high standard of virtual incubation platform.Enhance the level of factor aggregation,patent services,financial services and corporate credit system;(4)cultivate business incubator management personnel to enhance service innovation capability;(5)increase financial support for the policy and innovative means of investment;(6)create a business environment to encourage innovation and tolerance failure.
