Research On Evaluation Of Incubation Ability Of Guangxi Science And Technology Business Incubator Construction Project

In order to solve the problems existing in the development of science and technology business incubator in Guangxi,such as low development quality,imperfect management mechanism,and lack of performance evaluation of incubator construction projects,etc.Based on analysis of domestic and foreign about science and technology business incubators,and the evaluation of the construction project performance evaluation research present situation in this paper,around the science and technology business incubator development actual situation in Guangxi,expounded the connotation of the Guangxi science and technology business incubator construction project incubation capacity,features,and make use of cause and effect analysis,in-depth analysis of hatching capacity of the existing problems and causes.Through further determining the evaluation scope,principles and factors analysis of incubation ability,the preliminary design of Guangxi science and technology enterprise incubator construction project incubation ability evaluation index system.This paper is divided into six chapters.After completing the theoretical basis and project situation analysis in the first three chapters,based on the preliminary design of the evaluation index system of the incubation capacity of Guangxi science and technology enterprise incubator construction project,the effective incubation capacity of Guangxi science and technology enterprise incubator construction project is constructed by using modern comprehensive evaluation methods such as Delphi questionnaire,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics analysis.The evaluation model,through the construction of evaluation index system,the construction of analytic hierarchy process and the division of index weight,combines with the national torch statistical survey data of Guangxi science and technology enterprise incubator in 2017,carries out an empirical study on the evaluation of the incubation capacity of Guangxi science and technology enterprise incubator construction project.The empirical results show that the incubation capacity of Guangxi science and technology enterprise incubator construction project at the autonomous region level is incubated.There are great differences in capabilities,and the development of incubators is not balanced.The four indicators of financing service ability,sustainable development ability,enterprise financing performance and industry contribution are the main shortcomings of most technology business incubators.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspective of policy management to promote the development of incubation capacity of Guangxi science and technology business incubator construction projects.
