Study On The Design Of Electronic Business Service In Wuling Mountain Area Under The Background Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

In March 2014,when attending the deliberations of the delegations of the delegates to the two conferences,Comrade Xi Jinping said that in order to implement a targeted poverty eradication campaign,in the new society of New China,we must focus on the goal of poverty eradication,and in particular we must resolutely strive for the development of pro-poor service design and accurate poverty alleviation.[ Precision poverty alleviation: it is the symmetry of extensive poverty alleviation.It refers to the use of scientific and effective procedures to implement precise identification,accurate help,and accurate management of poverty alleviation targets in different poor regions and different conditions of poor farmers.] It is an important model for the management of poor areas in the times.Among them,the mountainous areas and rural areas are important targets for accurate poverty alleviation,and the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas is accelerated.Precision poverty alleviation has become an important measure in the future stage of the work of precision poverty alleviation as a new measure to tackle the difficulties in poverty alleviation after the 18 th National Congress of the Party.This paper takes the precise poverty alleviation as an entry point,and studies the intervention of the electronic business service design model in the Wuling mountainous area to change the plight of the poor people in the area and raise the income to get out of poverty.This article is divided into five chapters.The introduction of the introduction explains the reasons,research significance and current situation of the topic,followed by a review of domestic and foreign studies on the research of accurate poverty alleviation historical materials;The second chapter mainly analyzes the methods of analyzing and summarizing the successful model of rural ecommerce design in China,and draws on the models and research methods that can be borrowed under the precise poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountain.The third chapter studies the design model of rural ecommerce service in Wuling mountainousarea,and through the second chapter,the three major models that can be borrowed from the local characteristics of Wuling mountainous area;Chapter IV Research on the Design Model of Electronic Business Service of Wuling Life Museum Area under Precision Poverty Reduction The Wuling Mountain District has studied the case study through the independent design of the electronic business service brand.Chapter V Practice,Research,Analysis,and Summarizing,based on the case study of the design of E-commerce services in Miao painting in Jishou City,Xiangxi,Wuling Mountains,in2017,Yan Yi went to Xiangxi Jishou to investigate the development direction of local Miao and painting crafts.By designing the service design platform on the improved seedling culture product line to the world,and under the combination of the online sales platform of shops,precision poverty alleviation is achieved.He also participated in the precise poverty alleviation survey activities in Enshi Laifeng and Xianfeng.The ultimate purpose of this study is to study the design model of e-commerce services in Wuling mountainous area,and to realize the goal of poverty alleviation by using on-line and offline combined service design to intervene in the precise poverty alleviation model as an important theory of this research.Relying on their own unremitting efforts and the poverty alleviation reform of the national government,the ethnic minority people in the Wuling Mountain Area have deepened the design of e-business services,made constant innovations,and made significant progress in the transformation of the media model and the ecological environment.The Wuling Mountain Area has built a diversified social environment in the new media era with multiple levels,types,and choices,from autonomous prefectures to cities,counties,and towns,including newspapers,broadcasting,and Internet +.Poverty alleviation in health,education,culture and other aspects,so that local people actively participate in poverty alleviation work,to achieve the task of precision poverty alleviation.
