The Realistic Enlightenment Of Pre-Qin Confucian Economic Thoughts

Thanks to our reform and opening up,remarkable achievements has been made in economic development.Recently,maintaining a medium-high growth rate,China remains the top among other major countries in the world.By 2019,China's GDP has exceeded 90 trillion yuan,ranking the second in the world.However,there still exist some problems in the process of China's economic construction,such as the lagging economic development mode and unreasonable industrial structure.Unbalanced and inadequate development remains more outstanding.Faced with the problems,it is necessary to study Chinese traditional economic thought,dig out the main ideas contained in traditional economic thought,and explore its enlightenment to the current Chinese economic development.This paper takes the Confucian economic thought in pre-Qin as the research object,sorts out the basic content and main viewpoints of this thought,and discusses its enlightenment to the reality,so as to promote the harmonious and stable development of China's economy and society.The first part of the article states the political background,economic background and social background of Confucian economic thought in pre-Qin dynasty,and summarizes the characteristics of Confucian economic thought in pre-Qin dynasty,such as attaching equal importance to justice and interests,enriching people,balancing poverty,avoiding extravagance and frugality,paying light taxes and paying attention to agriculture.The second part summarizes the main content of the pre-Qin Confucian economic thoughts.On the human level,it includes values,prosperity,consumption and other aspects;on the national governance level,it includes distribution,rich country,tax,national use,government relief,etc.On the industrial development,it includes agriculture,industry,business,social and industrial division of labor,ecology and other aspects.The third part puts forward the realistic enlightenment of Confucianism in pre-Qin dynasty,and puts forward the values of both justice and profit,the value of labor,the equal value of occupational division of labor,and the moderate consumption value.In the governance level,distribution is proposed to give attention to both efficiency and fairness,a fair tax revenue,light taxation,economic policy should be conducive to enriching people.in addition,the government is required to benefit people's livelihood.Therefore,we put forward three coordinated development of industry on the industrial development,Balanced development of consumption and production,sustainable economic development and scientific development.etc.
