With the rapid development of the Internet,e-commerce permeates all kinds of industries,as well as food,housing,travel and other aspects of life.The preoccupation of the new retail market by large-scale Internet enterprises also makes consumers gradually change from the traditional offline purchase mode to the online purchase mode by a large margin.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of e-commerce infrastructure,including logistics,warehousing,information,and so on,Online sales system has covered 1234-line cities,even towns and other areas.Fresh,as the highest threshold of e-commerce,the most demanding special category,but also accompanied by the general trend of e-commerce development,but also because of its high rate of re-purchase,high consumption frequency,absolute rigid demand,market scale as high as hundreds of billions,and so on.Rapid development in e-commerce ecology.However,the characteristics of fresh food,such as short shelf life,easy consumption and seasonality,also make the e-commerce of fresh food show some problems such as high logistics cost,shortage of storage resources,thousands of differences in product quality and so on,in the course of its development.It has become the main contradiction that hinders the development of fresh food e-commerce.From the new retail point of view,the analysis of consumer preferences,to provide consumer satisfaction of products and services,improve the consumer experience;From the technical point of view,the transformation of fresh food to standardization,the combination of cold chain technology to reduce loss,optimize warehousing,logistics distribution,and improve the operational efficiency,has become the focus of enterprises in the development of fresh food e-commerce direction.In this context,e-commerce sales system and supply chain construction for sales terminals have become the key factors for enterprises to make operational strategies,and at the same time take this as a starting point.The operation strategy of B2 C platform for fresh food in SP enterprise is studied deeply in order to maximize the profit for the enterprise.This paper first introduces the SP's history and environment of social,economic,political and living,clarifies the original SP operating strategy on this basis,This operation strategy makes clear what strategic problems are,which lead the transition of e-commerce.At the beginning of the e-commerce,how to formulate the operation plan,how to organize the human resources to implement,and how to control the implementation process will be introduced.Meanwhile,the development of operation service and procedure,e-commerce and cloud computing technology,supply chain design,planning and control also will be clarified.Secondly,the paper will analyze the operation strategy of SP to find out the items which consist of the operating strategy.Subsequently,according to the result of analysis,the paper gives some suggestions,such as how to carry out scientific operation plan,carry out the organization,implement and adjust according to the actual situation,strengthen communication,agent management of Internet research and development.Most of all,SP should understand that the changes can't be avoided,and the operation platform can't suit the market perfectly,quick response and adjustment will make their success.
