important indicator.Cold chain logistics can keep low temperature in the process of food production,transportation and storage to ensure food quality and reduce food consumption.It is a key area supported by the state since entering the new century.Compared with traditional logistics,cold chain logistics has higher requirements for technology and greater investment in each link.Especially in recent years,our country has paid more attention to cold chain logistics,and the industry has entered a period of rapid development.R company is a large modern logistics enterprise mainly engaged in cold-chain logistics of agricultural products,which started earlier in the domestic cold-chain logistics industry.R company takes cold storage as the center,logistics distribution service as the chain,trading wholesale market and large supermarket as the terminal sales network,fully integrates the food logistics industry chain,provides a series of professional services for food enterprises,such as refrigeration,product trading market,logistics distribution(including urban cold chain distribution),food agent,logistics scheme design,e-commerce and so on,and comprehensively promotes food logistics.Especially the value of the whole industrial chain of cold chain logistics.Cold chain logistics,also known as low temperature logistics,refers to fresh,perishable meat,eggs,milk,fruits,vegetables and other foods in the logistics links before arriving at the end of the customer always in a specific,physiological needs of low temperature,in order to ensure food nutrition,freshness,taste,quality,reduce the possibility of food contamination by the outside world,reduce the food transport process.As a measure and method of supply chain management of value loss,cold chain logistics is also the need of rapid economic development and continuous improvement of people’s living standards in China.As a major trend in the development of transportation industry,cold chain transportation is facing some new challenges.This study will help enrich and develop the theory of cold chain logistics management.The phenomena and difficulties of cold chain logistics in China have been studied by many researchers according to various aspects,and remarkable results have been achieved.However,according to the research on the development of cold chain logistics,including from the source to the supply control,as well as the starting time of the research and the number of research inother supply areas,there is a specific gap.The development of R development background,logistics forms,methods,problems and so on.Chapter IV,the analysis of R company’s internal and external environment and market competition situation,mainly from the political,social,economic,market and other aspects,analyzed the external environment of R company’s development of agricultural cold chain logistics business,and analyzed the main agricultural cold chain logistics market and competition faced by R company in Jiangsu Province,and revealed the problems existing in R company’s agricultural cold chain logistics service.The fifth chapter,mainly based
