H Holdings is a well-known enterprise in Guangdong Province and is one of the top 500 enterprises in Guangdong Province,the top 100 service enterprises in Guangdong Province and the leading enterprises in the transformation and upgrading of advantageous traditional industries in Guangdong Province,the top 50 in China's meat industry and a leading agricultural enterprise in Guangdong Province..Its cold-chain logistics business is facing the pressure of expansion of business scale,declining industrial competitiveness,and market transformation and upgrading.This article first analyzes the external environment faced by H Holdings,and examines the macro environment(PEST),the industry environment,and the business model of major competitors.Afterwards,the internal resources of the company are analyzed,and the relevant theory is used to sort out the core competitiveness of the existing cold chain logistics business of the company.The internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the company are also analyzed in detail,as well as the opportunities and challenges that exist.Based on this,the Company formulated the company's intentions and objectives,development strategic objectives,and corporate strategy,and proposed strategic implementation steps and safeguards recommendations,and systematically provided guidance for the strategic development of H Holdings..
