Research On The Selection Of Leading Industries In Henan Province Based On The Measurement Of Value Chain

Leading industry plays an important role in industrial structure.It not only has broad market prospects in economic development,but also has a strong driving and supporting role for other enterprise departments.Leading industry has the characteristics of great development potential and strong relevance,and to some extent,it is also an important standard to measure the quality of economic development of a country or a region.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the choice of leading industries and promote the sound and rapid development of economy.At the same time,scholars at home and abroad have provided a lot of theoretical basis for the choice of leading industries.Henan Province is a large agricultural and populous province in China.Since the reform and opening up,its economic strength has been increasing.Under the background of global integration,Henan Province has successfully integrated into the global value chain system with the advantages of transportation and population.However,economic development should be sustainable and the choice of leading industries should be epochal.Therefore,the choice of leading industries must consider the issue of global value chain and regard the value chain as one aspect of the choice of leading industries.Therefore,from the point of view of value chain,this paper studies the selection of leading industries in Henan Province,gives full play to the advantages of leading industries,puts the development of leading industries in an important position,and uses the correlation and guidance of leading industries to promote the promotion and development of the overall economic benefits of Henan Province.Starting from the five dimensions of industrial scale,industrial correlation degree,industrial benefit,industrial green development level and value chain level,the data source is the extended input-output table of 2015 and the statistical yearbook of Henan Province over the years.The present situation of Henan Province is analyzed quantitatively by using the statistical yearbook data,and then the leading production of Henan Province is analyzed by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.The top six leading industries are instruments and meters,gas production and supply,non-metallic mineral products,food and tobacco,wholesale and retail,metal smelting and calendering products.Considering the limitations of data calculation,this paper combines with the key industries in Henan Province and finally chooses five leading industries suitable for Henan Province.Industry: instrumentation,non-metallic mineral products,food and tobacco,metal smelting and calendering products,communications equipment,computers and other electronic equipment.Although there are unique leading industries in different regions and different leading industries in different periods,in general,the development of leading industries in any region can not be separated from the support of the government and high-tech talents,so this paper finally puts forward reasonable suggestions for the development of the selected leading industries in the process of healthy development.Henan Province's leading industries develop healthily and steadily,and lay a solid foundation for the new situation and new era's leading industries.
