Analysis About Relationships Between Industry Construction And Employment Based On Input-output Table

Employment is one of the most important things in the people's livelihood, every citizen has the right for work, so we should make sure everyone who wants to work and is able to work has a job, it's substantial and necessary for the construction of harmonious society. This problem exist for a long time and it will last in the future, we should have a good knowledge of reasons and measures should be taken. That's just the main purpose of this paper. Comparing to international normal models, we found configuration departure coefficient in China is of lower quality than the normal one; The input-output analysis which have great and important application have been developed and perfected in practice. And input-output analysis have made many results in theory and application. It's also very useful in employment research.On the basis of 2005 input-output label, this paper figure out integrating employment coefficient and some other coefficients, and point out the pivotal industries that can absorb most workers. Analyse factors that work on employment and make demonstration. Finally, come to conclusions and table some proposals for employment in China.
