After entering the 21 st century,under the support of relevant policies,China vigorously promote the development of E-commerce,so that the consumption and consumption structure of retail consumer goods of consumers have undergone tremendous changes.Therefore,also quickly promote the innovation of China's retail industry.The E-commerce model sales of China's retail industry first appeared in 1999,with over the ten years of market test and development,there are a certain number of electric retail enterprises have grown up.Especially in recent years,step by step,the entity retail enterprises began to occupy the original market share of retail business enterprises step by step,the growth of traditional retail sales has also continued to decline for many years,many entities retail enterprises also appeared a "closed shop tide" phenomenon,these have shown that retail sales have begun to occupy a place in the retail industry.China's traditional physical retail enterprises face the development of this industry momentum,began to realize that the transition to e-commerce model may be an important opportunity to reverse this situation,in the meantime,contacting with the emerging e-commerce is also a challenge.This paper is based on the theoretical Study of the transformation from traditional retail enterprises to electric merchants,electric business models and the influences of the transformation into the electric business models of traditional retail enterprises,conducting an empirical study on the Impact of the transformation from traditional retail business to business performance on business performance,and analyzes the impact of different formats,different business platforms and different geographical factors on the performance of enterprises.In this paper,using factor analysis,with China's retail industry listed companies' financial data for five years before and after the conduction of business model transformation,analyzing the enterprise performance of the transformation to the e-business model of Chinese traditional retail enterprises,and calculate the comprehensive performance score before and after the transformation.The results of the empirical analysis show that,as a whole,after transforming to e-commerce model,the short-term performance of traditional retail enterprises has not been significantly improved,and have shown a negative impact in the overall performance of enterprises.Specifically,it shows obvious improvements towards those diversified retail enterprises,the use of independent take the stage with the transformation of the way through the transformation of the retail business as well as the central region of the retail business transformation performance.And based on the analysis of the impact on the performance of the transformation from traditional retail enterprises to electrician business,putting forward some corresponding recommendations,that is,developing a diversified business combinations,choosing a variety of business platform,strengthening the cooperation between western and central and eastern retail business,to achieve a scale economies,establishing the efficient logistics and distribution system and focus on talent investment,improving the level of technology development and management.
