Human resource management is an important part of modern enterprise management,and establishment of an efficient,applicable performance management system is particularly important.Only by establishing a good performance management system,enterprises can successfully achieve the established strategic objectives and have sustained good development and growth.In this paper,the YH No.2 Refinery Plant is as the research object.Based on the extensive view of the literature,the field research,the typical individual depth interview,and thinking the enterprise strategic goal,and the basic theory and basic method of human resource management and performance appraisal are used,we did a careful analysis of the staff performance appraisal system at the current status,combined with its own problems,such as the relationship of assessment indicators and corporate objectives is not very close,the participation of the staff into the performance appraisal is not high,the actual application of the assessment indicators of staff recognition to be improved,the direction of evaluation is single,and the problem caused by deep-seated reasons,such as the development of enterprise assessment indicators are not advancing with the times,and timely updates;business performance appraisal of the degree of attention is lacking;at the same time,the staff about some specific assessment indicators and standards,recognized in general,etc.Through the modern performance appraisal theory and YH No.2 Refinery Plant staff work combined,and reanalyzed the enterprise development strategy,in the original performance appraisal system On the basis of improving the purpose of the principle of key performance indicators selected,but also revised the assessment of the specific standards and indicators of weight.Through this study,and strive to improve the original system,playing the role of performance appraisal better.
