In the hotel enterprises,human resources are the core resources and human resource management is essential for the development of enterprises.As the top group of local hotel group in the whole country,LH Hotels Group has sustained losses in recent years.Besides,the staff turnover also increases constantly in recent years.In fact,the core of the problem lies in its human resources management.By analyzing the current situation of human resource management in LH Hotels Group,we found the major problems,and then the appropriate improvement measures were given to be committed to improving its human resources management and creating the most value for the Group ultimately.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction.This section describes the research background and significance.Then through reviewing literature at home and abroad in detail,the research on human resource management,human resource management mode and group human resource management mode is hackled.At last,the research contents and research methods of this paper are introduced in general.The introduction lays the foundation for the later study.The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis.First,the related concepts of human resource management are described.Then four basic theories of human resource management——the Hypothesis of Human Nature Theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Two Factor Theory and Corporate Culture Theory,are introduced.This part offers a unique theory for following parts.The third part of Human Resources Management Present Situation Analysis LH Hotel Group.Through the case study method and in-depth interview methods,we learn about the status of LH Group Human Resource Management in depth,laying the foundation for the next chapter.The fourth part is LH Hotels Group Human Resources Management Analysis.Based on the status analysis,this part points out its problems,including a centralized model that no longer meets the development needs,the flow system that is flawed,unreasonable recruitment management,incomplete employee training system,uncreative performance evaluation and incentive mechanism,lack of incentive compensation management,outmoded human resource management information.The fifth part is LH Hotels Group Human Resource Management Improvement.For the last chapter of LH hotel human resources management problems,put forward a series of measures,including: optimization of human resources management,improve the system of HR processes,optimizing talent selection mechanism,establish and improve personnel training and retention mechanisms,accelerating information construction of the enterprise human resources management,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,to improve the LH Group’s human resources management provides improved direction.The sixth part is the conclusion.The summary of this paper is showed,and then the shortcomings are pointed out.
