Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Dongying Bank Branch Based On EVA And BSC

Human resource is the first resource of the enterprise,forms the enterprise core competitive ability is the most important factors.Performance management as the focal point of the human resource management,is also the focus of human resource management.How to do performance management has become a hot theory discussion and the focus of the corporate world.International performance management system is relatively mature,but the performance management in domestic commercial Banks to areas of further exploration,especially on theory combined with the actual use also there is a big gap.Introduced in this paper,we study the formation and development of theory of performance management and performance management system using the role and influence in the practical work,and based on the theory of performance management,in full consideration of EVA index accuracy and scientificity and the rationality of the BSC system and comprehensive,on the basis of combining the actual situation of dongying bank branches,to the implementation of performance appraisal system at present in dongying bank analysis,find out existing problems and the causes of,complementary use of EVA and BSC to design performance management system,the bank established in dongying bank internal research with performance management as the core of human resource management system.Under the guidance of the scientific performance management theory,draw lessons from foreign advanced experience of performance management,combined with the actual situation of dongying bank,put forward in accordance with its own industry characteristics of management style.For a specific problem and theme will have a lot of literature and data on the detail and instructions.With scientific idea and advanced management mode to reform dongying bank internal management system upgrade,strengthen internal management scientific,effective,promote coordinated development of dongying bank quickly.
