Study Of Xinjiang Aksu Area Of Social Research Governance Law Construction

Rural social governance is related to the overall situation of national social stability.With the implementation of the national strategy of governing the country according to law and the strategy of rural revitalization,the development of rural undertakings needs the escort of the rule of law.Rule of law is more and more important for rural social governance.The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward for the first time the realization of "the rule of law in social management".The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward "the promotion of the rule of law in grass-roots governance".The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party further made a major decision-making plan for the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization A well-off society can not be realized in an all-round way;without the rule of law of rural social governance,the vast rural areas can not achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.Because Aksu area in Xinjiang is located in the Northwest inland,its economic and social development is slow,its natural environment is poor,its ethnic and religious problems are intertwined,its traffic information is blocked,and its cultural and educational level is low,which leads to the limited awareness of the masses in the vast rural areas of the rule of law in social governance,rural law enforcement,rural justice and justice.The relief is imperfect,the form of publicity and education of rural law popularization is simple,the rural legal environment is poor,the rural legal culture is lacking,and farmers' legal thinking is weak.Under the current background of governing the country by law and Xinjiang by law,building social stability and long-term stability,the improvement of the construction of rural social governance by law in Aksu area is particularly important.Therefore,it is necessary to study the rule of law construction of rural social governance in this area,in order to promote the theory and system innovation of the rule of law construction of rural social governance in ethnic minority areas of our country,improve the level of rule of law construction in rural areas of Xinjiang,and provide reference for maintaining social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.Based on the study of the legalization of rural social governance at home and abroad,this paper uses the method of literature retrieval,through questionnaires and field interviews,aims at the cognitive level of the legalization of rural social governance,rural law enforcement,rural judicial and judicial relief,rural law popularization and education,rural law in Aksu area.The legal environment,rural legal culture and farmers' legal thinking are empirically analyzed in seven aspects.The current situation and existing problems of the construction of the rule of law in rural social governance in Aksu area are analyzed.The real situation of the construction of the rule of law in rural social governance in Aksu area is obtained,and the solution to Aksu area is put forward from seven aspects.Countermeasures and suggestions on the rule of law in rural social governance.
