| With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,foreign banks and financial intermediaries have begun to enter China by means of equity participation and shareholding.They rely on sufficient funds,international business model,refined management and strict requirements for high standards of service personnel.,impacting China’s commercial banks.With the continuous improvement of the market economy,state-owned banks a monopoly situation no longer exists,springing into commercial banks,after another,exacerbating the intensity of competition.As the main service industry,customer demand is the highest service standards banks should improve the quality of service to new heights,establish a customer-focused service concept.Only by continuously improving the service system and rewarding customers with satisfaction can we retain customers and attract more customers through quality services to achieve sustainable development of the bank.This study applies Quality Function Deployment(QFD)to the research of banking service quality,which not only broadens the research field of quality function development,but also expands the theory of Quality Function Development used in China Savings Bank branch in Changzhi City,to enhance the services that strengthen security measures and improve the overall quality of staff,the counter opened at different times flexible,more efficient use of the Internet,the opening of intelligent business orders obtained by the model analysis,development employee practices,improve network customer complaint handling mechanism,has some practical significance,the bank achieve maximum customer satisfaction and value.added services sectors,to enhance overall operational results,to provide a reference and help. |
