Study On The Selection And Evaluation Of Advanced Manufacturing Industry In Urban Agglomeration Along The Middle Reaches Of The Yangtze River

Advanced manufacturing industry is a manufacturing industry and related fields formed by the interweaving of high and new technology industrialization and traditional high-tech industry.It is the important embodiment of national comprehensive strength and core competitiveness.In 2009,the Obama administration published the "Framework for Revitalization of the American Manufacturing Industry" to determine the overall strategy of the United States to give priority to the development of advanced manufacturing industry.Subsequently,other countries in the world have formulated and introduced a series of strategic plans to promote the development of advanced manufacturing industry.For example,Germany released Industry 4.0.British put forward The future of manufacturing : a new era of opportunity and challenge for the UK.Japan promulgated the New Robot Strategy.As a response,China has issued China Manufacturing 2025.As a pillar of the Yangtze River economic belt,the development of Urban Agglomeration along the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River plays a key role in leading and supporting the rise of central China.And it is also one of the major manufacturing bases in China.Thus,combined with the foundation and advantages of regional industrial development,taking advanced manufacturing as a breakthrough to develop its economics has become the inevitable choice for the Urban Agglomeration along the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River.In this thesis,the "four degree" model of the selection of subdivision industries in advanced manufacturing industry is designed based on the related theory of industry selection and evaluation.And then the policy suggestions of improving the level of advanced manufacturing industry of the Urban Agglomeration along the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River is put forward in combination with the results of the double dimension evaluation of the subdivision index and the subdivision industry.This thesis contains eight chapters which can be divided into five sections.Section one is the theoretical part which contains the first and the second chapter.The connotation of advanced manufacturing industry is defined in combination with the theoretical research results and practical experience of advanced manufacturing industry at home and abroad.The theoretical origin of the industrial selection of advanced manufacturing industry are explored from the perspective of national strategic,industrial evolution,innovation driven and so on.Section two is the third chapter,which explains the choice of the advanced manufacturing industry subdivision industry in China.The "four degree" model is chosen as the criteria for the selection of advanced manufacturing industries.And then,the "414" industrial system of advanced manufacturing industry is built in China.Section three contains the fourth and the fifth chapter.Based on the analysis of the development status of the advanced manufacturing industry of the Urban Agglomeration along the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River,the "four force" evaluation index system is constructed.Section four contains the sixth and the seventh chapter,which is the empirical analysis and policy suggestion part of this thesis.The four subdivision industries of the advanced manufacturing industry in the Urban Agglomeration along the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River are evaluated by the evaluation model.And then,the policy recommendations for improving the development level of the advanced manufacturing industry in the Urban Agglomeration along the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River are given from the perspective of “four force”.The fifth part is the summary and research prospect of this thesis.
