| The Internet has infiltrated into every walk of life,With the rapid development of the Internet industry.Including the real estate industry which is our national economy pillar industry,by combining Internet and real estate marketing,the real estate industry born a new type of real estate marketing model—— "Internet +" real estate marketing model.As the same time,a large number of real estate marketing model arises at the historic moment,in this paper,it’s necessary to study and discuss the development status of "Internet +" real estate marketing model and strategy.The development process of "Internet +" real estate marketing mode is divided into the portal website marketing mode in Web1.0 era,the social platform marketing mode in Web2.0 era and the e-commerce platform marketing mode in Web3.0 era.The marketing model of portal website has unique advantages in the professionalism of information service,namely,good information search experience.The biggest advantage of the marketing mode of social platforms is that the information is highly interactive,and the scale effect of marketing is quite significant due to social relations.The advantage of the marketing mode of e-commerce platform lies in the transaction attribute of its e-commerce platform,and at the same time,the disintermediation is obvious.In this paper,four typical Internet real estate marketing companies,such as soufun,are empirically analyzed with case analysis,which proves the characteristics of the current "Internet plus" real estate marketing model.Using the questionnaire survey analysis method,through a user profile reflects the characteristics of Internet marketing mode of real estate,it is concluded that "Internet +" real estate marketing mode and strategy in user experience,marketing scale,marketing costs and disintermediation has natural advantages,at the same time,the analysis of the need to improve in the future five directions,namely the more transparent information marketing costs down further,to further improve the user experience,the innovation of marketing channel,and achieve real estate marketing online payment.Finally,it puts forward targeted optimization Suggestions for the future improvement of Internet real estate marketing model.This article through to "Internet +" real estate marketing mode and strategy of comprehensive analysis,summed up a stage of "Internet +" real estate marketing model of their own characteristics for the Internet provides the reference for the marketing mode choice of real estate marketing enterprises,the development of industry in the field and related academic research provides a reference value. |
