Research On Problems And Suggestions Of Land Use In Central District

Land resource is one kind of the most important and limited resources.All kinds of developments such as agricultural production,economic and social development depend on land.So the rational use of land is very important.In particular,how to protect land resources effectively while satisfying human development has become one of the emphases for research in recent years.Central District located in the center of this city.It is also a place which has developed cultural and economic relatively early in this province.Central District has conscientiously implemented various land implementation policies of the country these years.Taking a city like Central District as an empirical study area,on the basis of summing up its effective experience,this paper analyzes the existing problems and explores the countermeasures.It also provides decision-making reference for land use management in the study area..Based on the theories of sustainable development,externality and control,this paper analyzes the land use problems in the study area by means of literature review and empirical analysis.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation of land use in Central District,and has a preliminary understanding of the overall situation of land use in this area.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of land use,problems are found and analyzed,which will be the foundation for further research..Finally,this paper gives some suggestions on promoting land use management in Central District.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,Central District has made remarkable achievements in land use,including strictly execute cultivated land protection system,strictly execute prime farmland protective measures,full implementation of land bidding for land supply,strengthen law enforcement and supervision,actively carry out land consolidation.But there are still some problems in land use such as the conflict between land conservation and human development,much difficulty in land consolidation,lack of operability in land use planning,low efficiency of land use and part of the data is not in conformity with the reality.Secondly,this paper analyzes the causes of land use problems in Central District.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the management of land use in Central District,including strengthen the protection of cultivated land,intensify land consolidation,scientifically formulate land use planning,intensify land management system and improve the accuracy of survey data.
