In the domestic first-tier cities, especially domestic central city, how the limited land resources among optimize the urban spatial structure, promote the city’s industrial restructuring and upgrading, improving land carrying capacity, the overall economic efficiency and competitiveness, is placed in the urban construction manager important theoretical and practical issues. In the core area of the city development and construction of the central business district is an important way to crack this problem. In the industry format of choice, the financial industry is the third industry is an important choice for most of the city’s central business district.This paper studies the concept of starting the whole central business district, recalled the scholars of the central business district of the study discusses the theory and related construction, through the construction of experience in the development of domestic and foreign financial-type central business district, there is a problem, summarized its general experience and inspiration, analyzes should focus on in terms of industry formats, urban planning, land use studies for development and construction of the Central Business District.
