Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Poverty Alleviation In Qinba Mountain Area Of Sichuan Province And Countermeasures

The Qinba Mountain Area has always belonged to the country's contiguous areas of poverty,the economy is backward,and the people's level is low.For a long time,poverty alleviation in the region lacks a systematic and long-term poverty alleviation model.In November 2013,Xi Jinping made an important instruction for ‘seeking truth from facts,adapting to local conditions,classifying guidance,and focusing on poverty alleviation' for the first time during the inspection in Xiangxi,Hunan.China's poverty alleviation entered a new era,and the state and Sichuan Province took Qinba Mountain Area as the key to poverty alleviation.In the region,the region has entered the ‘key battle' stage of poverty alleviation.Jiange County,located in the Qinba Mountain Area,although poverty alleviation has achieved certain results in recent years,there are still many shortcomings.This article takes the data of Jiange County in the national poverty alleviation and development information system and the case of poverty alleviation as a starting point,analyzes the poverty characteristics of Jiange County and the current poverty alleviation measures,and explores the measures and ways to get rid of poverty in Qinba Mountain Area.This research helps.To promote the experience and measures of sharing poverty alleviation in Qinba Mountain Area and achieve common prosperity.I use comparative analysis,field research and literature research to analyze the poverty characteristics of Jiange County and Qinba Mountain Area,find out the key points of poverty alleviation,and compare the development of Jiange County's poverty alleviation work to Jiange County and even Qinba Mountain Area.The characteristic experience and problems of poverty alleviation and analysis have been analyzed and summarized.The key directions of poverty alleviation in Jiange County and even Qinba Mountain Area have been summarized.Basedon the problems highlighted by poverty alleviation,the paper has proposed to support local wealth leaders and innovative industry development models.Increase the hematopoietic function of rural areas;make full use of the counterparts of farmers' evening schools and Zhejiang Province to increase the training of rural laborers,especially the poor labor,and change the types of labor;jointly manage and promote the coordinated development of the poor and non-poor;Establish a reward and punishment mechanism based on the ‘point system'to stimulate the independent development awareness of the poor;scientifically and rationally develop tourism,transform the industrial structure,and promote long-term and steady development.
