With the vigorous development of the real estate industry,the land resources in metropolis are increasingly scarce,especially for the unique geographical location,where the supporting facilities like traffic,education resources are indigent,has been facing the most fierce competition,which we can be felt from the frequent “diwang”events.In order to address the fierce competition and the phenomenon that products tend to be homogeneous,how can we fight our way out from the competetion of commercial housing with high price level to get profitable returns,has been the particularly important issue for land agent corporations.Facing the rigorous market environment and the all-round fierce competition,Z company H project have given us an excelent example with its real experience.It has given evidence that how can it still maintain the strong sales and market share while battling the high prices war,how can its marketing and product brand can be deeply accepted by the general consumers,it will show all.This paper is aimed to study the marketing strategy of Z company H project,which is located in the center of the old city and positioned in the high-end marketing level,and the reserch method includes literature research method,case study method,data research method and other methods.We started it from the market investigation results,following with the SWOT method to analyze the internal and external environment of the project,then we analyze the marketing strategy of the project H by Product,Price,Place and Promotion strategies.At last,we discusse the advantages of its marketing strategy for future references.Based on H's marketing strategy analysis and research of the project,we hope to play a valuable referece to the similar type of commercial housing projects.
