As is well-known,Vitamin D is the nutrients cannot synthesized by body.Generally people only know that body absorb vitamin D is related to calcium,calcium absorption is important to people supply calcium,especially for baby,which can prevent the bone disease,in particular the rickets.However,the health significance of vitamin D has been more recognition and get the clinical approved.Associated diseases include the immune system,cancer,cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,renal disease,respiratory diseases,neurological diseases and obstetric diseases.Nowadays,there are four generally methodology of Vitamin D:Radioimmunoassay(RIA),Enzyme immunoassay(ELISA),Chemilumineseent immunoassay(CLIA)and LC-MS/MS detection.In the other side,this methods have some disadvantage,such as low sensitivity,complicated operation,long time consuming,high cost and so on.Focus on this problem,Guangzhou W Co.,Ltd have been search and development a new methodology-immunochromatographic,quantitative detection with the fluorescent markers,which have simple operation,short detection time,compare with traditional method,low cost and high sensitivity are more suitable for bedside testing and have more market potential.Guangzhou W Co.,Ltd.as POCT(Point of care test)pioneer in biotechnology industry,high developing in immunochromatographic technology.In 2013,Guangzhou W Co.,Ltd has the strategic objectives:"breakthrough the POCT industry limitation,focus on cardiovascular disease,diabetes and respiratory diseases chronic disease management,hold on the terminal market "Guangzhou W Co.,Ltd in order to achieve the strategic objectives in future 10 year-ten billion RMB sales venue and keep the continuous development,completed the product line is necessary.This lecture is based on the background of a new product line in Guangzhou W Co.,Ltd.,around which background,significance strategy and corporate profile,referred from relevant theories and domestic and national research report.This lecture will set up the project and marketing strategies of Guangzhou W Co.,Ltd.vitamin D detection product,combine the analysis from environment,market,technical,financial and other sides.In addition,this lecture will use strong theory to support,such as PEST analysis in MBA study stage,Porter's five forces model,SWOT analysis,STP theory,marketing 4P theory,financial knowledge and so on.Finally,the conclusion comes to that this project is a project of investment value which can expect a good profit.
