The capacity of vitamin C in our country reach 90 percent of the global market. China has become the first producer of vitamin C in the world, and play a decisive role in the global market. This is valuable for our country's vitamin C enterprise. After several rounds of price war, China have formed a "five" give priority to market pattern. Our country's vitamin C enterprise should have the vitamin C international prices right, and get high price and profits. But Vitamin C enterprise have to face the price decreased greatly again. The profit of vitamin C enterprise is too low. Some enterprises have even started losses. Enterprise always face the risk of elimination.This article study the enterprise strategic selection problem of our country's vitamin C enterprise. This paper studies the development strategic management theories, using the method of time series and combining theory with practice. First, the article defines the concept of vitamin C enterprise. Through reading lots of literature and collecting relevant information, the problem faced by the vitamin C enterprise is very severe. At the same time, analysising the causes of the problem from four aspects, and the application of the reform of its profession characteristic model potter analyzed. Then, this paper put forward eight alternative development strategies for vitamin C enterprise. Finally, this paper made a case analysis taking jiangshan pharmaceutical as examples. It help the enterprise choosing appropriate development strategy in difficulties. This paper evaluates the strategy by using QSPM.This article studies the development strategy of our country's vitamin C enterprise.
