Laser point cloud detection technology is a new processing accuracy detection technology for three-dimensional shape features of products.The technology is to use laser measurement technology to measure the high-density three-dimensional coordinate of the object surface,and then through the comparison of the measurement data and the design data,to get whether the actual processing results of the product meet the design requirements,a new,non-contact detection technology.With the implementation of "made in China 2025" strategy by the State Council,China's manufacturing industry will change fundamentally from manufacturing to creation.There are more and more high-end,precise and cutting-edge manufacturing industries and manufacturing processes with higher requirements.For high-tech industries such as automobile manufacturing,aviation,aerospace,rail transit,large-scale shipbuilding,precision machining and precision manufacturing are particularly important.For these high-tech,high-precision machining industry,not only high-density processing equipment,but also high-density testing equipment is required.The efficient cooperation between the two can ensure that the products can meet the requirements of design standards.Traditionally,the measurement of machining accuracy of products in these industries is carried out by using the probe contact method with a CMM.Although the accuracy of this kind of detection is very high,there are some problems,such as the number of measuring points is small,the detection efficiency is low,it can not meet the requirements of online detection,and the operation is complex.Compared with the new laser point cloud detection technology,it has a large number of measurement points,which can meet the production beat and online detection.It not only has the advantages of high detection efficiency and low comprehensive cost,but also has the advantages of simple operation and convenience.X company is a start-up company engaged in the measurement of product morphology.The R & D team of the company comes from university scientific research institutions.Product technology is relatively mature,and compared with foreign counterparts,it has obvious product advantages.The company has been established for more than one year,and the market sales amount has reached more than 10 million yuan.However,there is still a certain gap between this and the marketing plan formulated by the enterprise.Firstly,this paper introduces the current marketing strategy and marketing strategy.Secondly,pest and five forces model analysis tools are used to investigate the macro environment,industry competition environment and internal environment of company X from multiple perspectives.Then SWOT is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of company X and the opportunities and threats of external environment in detail.It is found that X company has good external opportunities,at the same time,because it is in the initial stage,the company is small in scale and weak in strength;Wo strategy is its best choice at present.After the above analysis,through the STP method to re select the appropriate target market segments,and carry out the appropriate market positioning;finally,use the classic 4P theory to customize the marketing strategy combination for the product project.High precision product topography measurement is a rising market in the high-end manufacturing field,with great prospects.The case studied in this paper has certain representativeness,and the research results have certain reference and reference significance for companies in this industry.
