Special Investigation Report On Village Collective Economy In Lingyuan City

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important exposition on the rural,agricultural and peasant issues.He pointed out that the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers are fundamental to the national economy and people's livelihood.The governments at all levels of the Party committees and committees must attach great importance to solving the problems concerning agriculture,countryside and peasants.Only through the reform of the rural collective Only in this way can farmers share the fruits of reform and development.Thus,the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers will be the focus of national development in the future.The Party committees and governments at all levels must fully respond to the call of the state,further adjust the relations of production in rural areas,so that the rural areas will be more compatible with modern development,and fight a beautiful battle against poverty.In order to further develop and strengthen the village-level collective economy in Lingyuan City,this paper makes a thorough investigation and comprehensive analysis on the current situation of the development of the village-level collective economy in Lingyuan City by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and forum investigation.The results show that there are members of the "two committees" in the village-level collective economy in Lingyuan City.The main reasons for these problems are the insufficient development of village-level collective economic talents,the lack of powerful enterprises and large-scale project support,and the development of village-level collective economy.The economic mode is single,and the degree of emphasis on the development of the village collective economy is not enough.In view of these prominent problems and their causes,this paper puts forward some operational and pertinent countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of grasping the construction of the team members of the "two committees" in the village,leading the establishment of farmers' professional cooperative organizations,focusing on the selection of appropriate development projects according to the village conditions,and increasing the support of policy funds.The healthy and sustainable development of urban village collective economy has important theoretical and practical significance.
