Study On The Collective Economy Of Village In Nanning City

Collective economy in urban villages is a special type in the socialist collective economy.It is a product of China's urbanization and urban-rural two element system,and a product of the combination of China's socialist system and market economy.The existence and development of collective economy in urban villages show us a new way and new mode of collective economic development under the market economy environment.Today,with the increasingly capitalization of state-owned economy,the collective economy of urban villages enriches the socialist economic foundation in its unique way of existence.The collective economy of urban villages is common in large and medium-sized cities in China.Because of the high consistency of the reasons,the collective economy of all the villages in China has almost the same characteristics: housing,land,plant and other real estate leasing as the main business form.Such a single business model,low return on assets,resources can not be effectively configured,with the upgrading of China's industrial structure and the promotion of urbanization,this development model is also facing more and more difficulties and challenges.As the transition product of urbanization in the process of urbanization,the city village is produced because of urbanization,and it will die out because of urbanization.The collective economy which relies on the village in the city will also face great changes.At the same time,in the transformation of the village in the city,there is still not a set of ideal and effective plan for the upgrading of the collective economy.The collective economy is often in the passive development,being treated as a resettlement object,rather than being treated as an object of upgrading and transformation.Therefore,the urbanization and the transformation of the village in the city are the historical opportunities or survival tests of the upgrading and replacement of the village collective economy in the city,which mainly depends on the policy orientation of the governments at all levels as well as the way of the intervention of the social capital.The purpose of this article is to explore a comprehensive upgrading and upgrading scheme which can promote the sustainable development of the village collective economy in the city under the big background of urbanization.This paper first defines the related concepts and connotations of village,collective economy and village collective economy in the city,reveals the causes and development process,especially points out the management system of state-owned capital is introduced to establish a favorable external environment for the capital personalization of the collective economy.Fourth,as the village in the city is a transitional product in the process of urbanization,the author also puts forward the idea of developing a centralized economy with the transformation of the village in the city as an opportunity,and the main contents are as follows: First,we should advocate and implement the village-centered village reform plan,only in this way can the villagers' interests and the development space of the collective economy be guaranteed,and the resistance of the transformation can be reduced.Second,through the establishment of a city development company,the government plays the role of macro-control and guidance,and provides professional and comprehensive services and support for the transformation of the village in the city and the development of the collective economy.Third,the development idea of combining housing construction with urban village transformation.The construction of affordable housing,transformation of urban villages and industrial upgrading of collective economy are unified in three aspects.
