Quality Management Improvement Study For Company T

The development of quality management is closely related with industrial manufacture technology and scientific management. Quality management is a significant role in process of enterprise development, so all enterprises can’t be slack in quality management. The pursuit of quality management is also a kind of art, if enterprises establish a correct concept of quality and implement effective quality management, non-performing products, will be prevented, the productivity will be increased greatly, and which will enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. Therefore any enterprise must pay more attention to QUALITY. Nowadays, Global economic slowdown, China is adapting to the new economic shape at this critical moment, it is more meaningful to study quality management improvement and optimization, and enhance the competitiveness of the company. There are many factors effect to quality management.This thesis investigate base on Company T, focus on current quality management system, study and find existing problems for further analysis, in order to make suggestions on improvement and optimization, to help company improve quality management system, reduce non-quality cost, achieve the goal of quality management. Firstly, brief introduce the development process of quality management, and present the common tools and methods application for improvement of quality management. Secondly, based on research theory of quality management, integrated with practical situation, following the way of “problem-finding, analyzing and problem-solving”, Systematic study and analysis current operation of quality management of Company T, and expound actions of improvement and optimization for Company T, As:(1) Optimization of organization structure in quality management;(2) Optimization of procedure structure in quality management;(3) Optimization of quality control procedure; and set up(4) Mechanism to keep continuous improvement of quality management.Finally, to ensure a sustainable improvement, advocate quality culture building and employee quality awareness training, strengthen employee’s training and brainwashing, to achieve a common sense of worth in quality. Highlight motivated, committed and involved all people in the organization, freely share their ideas, experience for improvement. Set up performance evaluation and encourage mechanism as self-realization of employee, which will promote their quality awareness by themselves and it is motive force for improving quality management and sustainable development.This thesis study the real operation situation of Company T, based on theory of total quality management, achieve a suitable complete quality management, support and provide some ideas and methods as a reference for minor company.
