At present,China’s insurance industry has entered a period of rapid development.In many insurance sales channels,insurance companies generally adopt the sales mode of individual marketers.This mode of sales ensures that insurance salesmen can face consumers directly,with wide contact and fast information sources,which plays an important role in expanding business scale and enhancing economic strength of insurance companies.However,with the rapid development of the personal marketing system of insurance marketers in China,its disadvantages are constantly emerging,such as insufficient reserve of marketing talents,high turnover rate of marketing personnel,especially excellent marketing personnel,and low overall quality of the marketing team.Analysis of its reasons,mainly due to the insurance marketing staff management system is not centralized,marketing staff legal position positioning is fuzzy,relatively extensive management,access mechanism and incentive mechanism is not perfect,supervision from all walks of life is not enough.This article from the active and passive loss reasons of insurance marketing staff,in-depth analysis of insurance marketing staff management system,points out that the current domestic insurance marketing staff problems existing in the management system,and from the legal status of insurance marketing staff,human resources management,compensation management based on principal-agent model,regulation and other aspects of the loss of our country insurance company marketing problem put forward the corresponding improvement methods.Finally,taking the Inner Mongolia branch of ping an insurance company of China(hereinafter referred to as company A)as an example,through case analysis of the management system of insurance salesmen implemented by company A,corresponding improvement countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward according to the actual situation to effectively reduce the turnover rate of insurance salesmen of company A.To sum up,insurance companies need to pay attention to the loss of insurance sellers,carefully analyze and discuss the reasons for the loss,and combined with their own actual situation,the company’s insurance sellers management system to improve and improve,in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of insurance companies.
