Nowadays,because the transpiration industry developing very quickly that related terminal equipment manufacturing enterprise has also been able to grow rapidly in China.Duo to the particularity of this industry,the terminal equipment of each rail transportation project has eventually become independently and non-standardized products,and the traditional small batch customization production model also can’t provide the diversification nor quick speed response service to the customers.In order to enhance company’s competitiveness to the market,thesis will present H Company introduce configuration product theory.Base on this theory,thesis research R&D management systems,process and product configuration technology.This makes the company change from the traditional small batch customizing non-standard design to the advanced product configurable research and development,helping the company to development quickly and high quality of deal timing with different customers,personalized demand that accelerate the life cycle of project and the efficiency of enterprise production to grain more profits in a huge market share.According to the current situation of the company,the following major research has been carried out details of below:1)R&D Management system: Figured out the defects of current R&D management system of H Company through status analysis and system maturity assessment(Through PERA GLOBAL Model).According to company’s strategic plan to constitute the organization structure of R&D management system of new products,which is the basis for organization structure optimization,specific performance assessment system,quality control enhancement and decision making mechanism.This new organization structure helps the company to shift its management focus from production and operation to product R&D.2)R&D management process: Introduced Stage Gate theory(SGT)to R&D management process for inspection standards and process applicability issues.Designed a specific R&D management process framework which is suitable for specific industry or company by implementing SGT.The work and responsibility of each node of SGT are clarified under this framework.Implemented an uniform process for researchers of the company in order to reduce the work overlap among different departments.This results a better productivity and quality of products.3)Implementation of Customized configuration product technology: The first step is to gather a customized configuration requirement by analyzing the demand of potential clients and market.Then,designs the framework of customized configuration model basing on gathered information.Finally,the automatic customized configuration to specific customer could be quickly got when the product configuration model is imported into company’s software system.4)Under the R&D management system of new product,customized configuration technology and SGT are implemented,which results a better R&D management system and a more scientific R&D management process.Customized configuration products could be quickly made with the help of Oracle products.Furthermore,the engineering case at the end of this paper successfully proved the efficiency and feasibility of the R&D management framework and technology to transpiration terminal devices. |
