Survey And Promotion Strategy Of Tourist Satisfaction In The Interpretation System Of The Tang Jia River National Nature Reserve

The nature reserve commentary system is an important method to exert the environmental education function of protected areas.This article evaluate the commentary effect of the Tangjiahe Nature Reserve and analyzes the tourist satisfaction of commentary system.It also investigates and explains the resources,determines the commentary objectives,analyzes the audience,determines the topics and contents of the commentary,selects the media and modes for interpretation,and gradually improves the commentary system.The improvement of tourist satisfaction in the commentary system was proposed to provide reference for the construction of a commentary system for nature reserves.The main results are as follows:1.Five criteria of construction contain the explanations staff,interpretation facilities,content,audience and commentary management,a total of 26 indicators explain the system of tourist satisfaction evaluation.2.The performance scores of the existing commentary systems in the protected areas are lower than the importance scores,the tourists’ satisfaction also not perform well.Among them,the mobile phone application of commentary system(importance score: 4.0,satisfaction score:2.7),visitor feedback system(importance score: 4.0,satisfaction score: 2.8)and online customer service(importance score: 3.9,satisfaction score :3.1)are three indicators which need to be improved.3.There are differences of interpretation needs of visitors.Among them,the higher academic qualifications of tourists acquired,the higher quality of interpretation needed.In terms of interpreting content requirement,tourists have a high demand for interpretation on wild animals and plants;women and high-income tourists pay more attention to resources characteristics;older tourists pay more attention to healthcare knowledge while younger tourists pay more attention to experience activities.The educational level of tourists is proportional to the demand for the content of wild animals and plants interpretation as well as legendary stories;in terms of the interpretation media,the women and elderly tourists showsignificantly higher demand for printed commentary;also visitors have higher expectations for application of interpretation facilities.4.Excavating animal and plant commentary resources in-depth in protected areas,it mainly includes 12 species of national protected plants which listed below: 4 national grade I protected plants,6 national grade II priority protected plants and 2 national Grade III protected plants.There are 72 species of wildlife under national protection,including 23 species of mammals,47 species of birds,and 2 species of amphibians.There are 13 national grade I protected wild animals and 59 national grade II protected wild animals.In this way,it supplemented and improved the content of historical cultural resources of the reserve.5.The theme of the six major ecotourism areas in the Tang Jia River Nature Reserve is established,and the corresponding media and methods are provided according to the different characteristics of the interpretation of the audience’s age,sex and occupation.
