Study On Agricultural Information Service And Farmers' Demand In Pulandian District

With the development of China's agriculture to modernization,scale,andindustrialization,the progress of agricultural information services has become the key to the development of modern agriculture.At present,with the continuous updating and development of technologies such as the Internet and the adjustment of the central rural work policy,the role of agricultural information resources as an important force in promoting modern economic and social development is becoming increasingly prominent.As the primary industry in China,agriculture is the foundation for a country to develop steadily and rapidly.In the party's 18 th National Congress,the strategic deployment of "promoting industrialization,informationization,urbanization,and simultaneous development of agricultural modernization" was put forward.The current agricultural development is in the transition period to modern agriculture.Therefore,how to improve agricultural production efficiency has become the main subject of agricultural development research.The main method is to continuously improve the utilization of agricultural information in agricultural production and sales.Farmers timely and effectively obtain effective information through the information platform,transform agricultural production concepts,optimize agricultural production management,promote traditional agricultural upgrading and transformation,and continuously improve agricultural management and production efficiency.This study uses the field research method to start from the perspective of farmers,and obtains the status of agricultural information services and needs in Pulandian District by 205 households in 7 villages in 4 towns and towns in Pulandian District.This research firstly studies the three aspects of farmer information service system,agricultural information service subject analysis and agricultural information service department survey and research,reflecting the current situation of agricultural information service in Pulandian District.Then,from the four aspects of farmers' demand for agricultural information,access channels,demand intensity and purchase desire,the current situation of farmers' demand for agricultural information is analyzed.Finally,the problems in the supply and demand of agricultural information of farmers are summarized.First,there are problems in the supply of agricultural information services(1)the information service system is still not perfect;(2)the infrastructure is backward,and there are obstacles in the dissemination of agricultural information;(3)service personnel The quality is uneven and lacks information talents.Second,there are problems in the demand for agricultural technology information services(1)low level of farmers' cultural level and weak information awareness;(2)low income level of farmers,worried about agricultural information costs;(3)difficult assessment of agricultural information credibility by farmers(4)Farmers lack methods and techniques for collecting agricultural information;(5)After the development of rural industries,it is difficult to form effective information needs.Then according to the problems existing in the current situation of farmers' agricultural science and technology information supply,the following suggestions are proposed: improving the information supply channels,strengthening the construction of agricultural information infrastructure;improving the quality of service personnel,improving the level of information services;and enhancing the role of agricultural information service organizations in agricultural information services.Strengthen the education and publicity work of agricultural information;provide targeted information based on the needs of farmers.
