The Study Of The Poverty Reduction One Family-one Law Policy From The Perspecti Of Policy Process

Since the country introduced a series of poverty alleviation policies in 1978,China’s poverty alleviation policies range from "Transfusion" to "Hematologists",from "Extensive" to "targeted",China’s anti-poverty policies have also been constantly adjusted to adapt to the changes in the national conditions.We have reached a stage of Taking Targeted Measures in Poverty Alleviation since 2011.In the phase of targeted poverty alleviation,the government focused on accurately identifying poverty-stricken households,Taking Targeted Measures in Poverty Alleviation during the poverty alleviation process.Also,it formulated corresponding policies to ensure implementation,as well as the resources and support policies actually take effect.Meanwhile,the government not only wants to make sure that poverty-stricken households have obtained benefits,but also that the poverty-stricken households are really out of poverty.Obviously,they have made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation.However,there are still many problems in the process of targeted poverty alleviation.The research content of this paper is based on the analysis of the policy practice of the “one household,one law” policy for poverty alleviation of F villages in poverty-stricken villages assisted by villages in S city.Based on the field research,this paper focuses on the policy implementation issues of the poverty-stricken households in their specific poverty eradication policies.In the process of the investigation of this article,the author focuses on the selection,implementation,and supervision of the “one household,one law” policy to accurately reflect the current problems and causes of the poverty-stricken households policy of poverty alleviation.According to investigations,it is not enough to achieve poverty alleviation for poverty-stricken households only to help poor households to differentiate.Resolving poor rural households must pay attention to rural areas.The reconstruction of internal structures and the rejuvenation of villages also encourage the diversification of social forces to participate in targeted poverty alleviation,further improve targeted poverty alleviation policies,and strengthen social work intervention.
