The theory of poverty and anti-poverty has always been a hot issue of concern and research in academia.The issue of anti-poverty is also an eternal theme of constant attention in the domestic and international spheres.It is an important matter for the long-term stability of the governance of all countries.In 2013,President Xi Jinping first proposed the important idea of “targeted poverty alleviation” during his visit to Xiangxi in Hunan Province.Since then,the Chinese government has introduced this important idea as a national policy.And adopted ultra-conventional measures to promote targeted poverty alleviation with unprecedented efforts.To ensure the goal of building an all-round moderately prosperous society by 2020.Therefore,this article attempts to analyze the relevant policies of China’s targeted poverty alleviation by adopting field investigation methods and combining specific cases.And analyze the effect of policy implementation and related experience.Meanwhile,thinking about the significance of this policies to developing countries.By the end of 2019,China had achieved 97% of the poverty-stricken people out of poverty,and 94% of poor counties had removed their hats.China has made great achievements in poverty alleviation.While affirming its achievements,it has constantly faced and deal with the problems in the process of poverty alleviation,with a view to continuously optimizing the poverty alleviation policy system.
