Research On Strategic Management And Control System Of Y City Construction Investment Group

Strategic control is now the modern enterprise's control system,with the company long-term development strategy as the goal,using diversified technology.The system is overall the integration of modern management control system-"organization-process-system-performance",and thus in static and dynamic,the two kinds of management ways to accomplish the establishment of parent-subsidiary control system.The key points of the group's strategic control are the organization control,process control,system control and performance control of parent-subsidiary companies.Therefore,the group's strategic control is a fruitful,systematic solution and enterprise management execution mechanism for the enterprise group to achieve the overall strategic plan goals,optimize resource allocation,strengthen internal control and ensure financial security and budget goals,and a centralized embodiment of the expected goals of the enterprise group.This paper firstly introduces the construction of the investment group in Y city(hereinafter referred to as the Construction Investment Group),and analyzes the current situation of the strategic management and control of the construction investment group by using SWOT method and according to the historical development process of the construction investment group,and concludes the existing problems and corresponding reasons of the strategic management and control of the construction investment group.Secondly,this paper analyzes the strategic purpose and principles of the group,and analyzes the structural elements of the enterprise group strategy from the perspectives of organization,process,system and performance.This study constructs and designs the management and control system for the strategy of Construction Investment Group according to the problems such as unsound corporate governance structure,lack of clear strategic planning and implementation measures,as well as the blank of relevant strategic management and guarantee measures in the reform of soes in the new era.Construction Investment Group strategy control system will fill the blank of the group in the strategic control and improve the group's corporate governance structure,perfect the organizational structure,promote the synergistic effect of parent-subsidiary,positioning group enterprise management mode,improve the operational efficiency of enterprise group,increase the development power,enhances the working efficiency of the staffs.The group will continue to develop rapidly in the fierce market competition.This study provides relevant theoretical basis and practical significance for the management and control system of Construction Investment Group,and provides reference and help for the strategic management and enterprise development of similar local state-owned enterprise groups.
