Research On Inventory Management With Amoeba Model—Based On HS Company

In the background of "2025 China manufacturing",China's traditional manufacturing industry in order to respond to the call,is still in the stage of positive transformation.At the same time,the enterprise production went to the inventory has been the bottleneck of traditional inventory management model,more and more adapt to the needs of rapid development of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,stand in the angle of enterprises,based on the market demand for manufacturing inventory management to explore a new management mode for enterprises to improve the efficiency of inventory management.Based on the in-depth investigation of HS company,this paper applies the Amoeba model to the inventory management of the company,divides it into Amoeba organizations according to the different stages of the inventory production life cycle,and finds out the problems in the inventory management according to the added value of Amoeba organizations in each stage,so as to put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.And improve the production efficiency of each link.This study uses comparative analysis,literature analysis,data analysis and other methods,through the analysis of HS company's internal inventory management problems,to find out the problems,and then makes a feasibility analysis of the introduction of Amoeba model,launches the internal simulation operation of inventory management,and analyzes the effects.Finally,it is concluded that Amoeba model can really refine the enterprise's inventory structure,distribution.The existing problems and the conclusion of improving the efficiency of inventory management.
