With the deep integration of the Internet and various industries,the maturity of 4G and 5G technology has subverted the entire traditional business operation system.The original theories such as 4P and 4C have been challenged and can't explain many existing commercial phenomena and their essence.Under such a background of change,the channel system which the operators used to be proud of has also been challenged.Reconstructing the channel system and thinking about the integration of offline channel and offline channel has become a problem that operators must think about and practice.Introducing the theory system of project management to reconstruct the original channel system is an important guarantee for operators to reconstruct the channel system.Based on the background of the great development of mobile internet,this paper analyzes the influence of 4G/5G technology on existing channels and the challenges brought by the traditional channel management mode.Through channel reconfiguration,on the one hand,the refined management of traditional offline channels will be strengthened,on the other hand,the scale of Weixin and mobile phone will be enriched,and the synergistic development of online and offline channels will be emphasized to maximize channel efficiency.In this paper,using the theoretical system of project management,using the methods of investigation,literature research,experience summary and simulation experiment,we introduce WBS implementation,schedule management,cost control and risk management to guide the channel reconstruction project implementation of Kezhou Mobile Branch.Today,with the rapid development of 4G 5G technology,there is a general exploration.Cable meaning.Through the implementation of the project and running for nearly a year,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The application of project management theory is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of a project.2.Channel flat management will improve the efficiency of channel operation.3.Off-line entity channel management is still the most important market management work in Southern Xinjiang.The integration of on-line and off-line brings room for growth.4.It is difficult to carry out the project successfully without considering the project risk sufficiently.In today's Internet has flattened the world,how to match the form of channels with the information society?
