In the current era of globalization,manufacturing companies must not only face domestic competition,but also the challenges of foreign companies.In addition,with the development of information globalization,consumers are increasingly demanding products.It is very difficult for manufacturers to rely on the advantages of a single manufacturing capability to win the market.It is necessary to meet the various needs of customers to survive and develop.Cumulative models enable companies to improve multiple manufacturing capabilities through scientific scheduling and planning,but in traditional cumulative models,innovation is even more included in the middle or end of the model,but innovation can simultaneously promote multiple manufacturing capabilities and contribute more to the development of manufacturing capabilities.In addition,similar to innovation,at the same time,quality can promote the improvement of multiple manufacturing capabilities.Therefore,while incorporating innovation into the cumulative model,it also actively adjusts the cumulative relationship between the capabilities of innovation and quality to make them fully effective.In addition,the traditional cumulative model does not consider the impact of specific classification scenarios,but the cumulative relationship between manufacturing capability factors will vary with the external environment.Therefore,this paper also conducts classification research according to the overall degree of development of the country,the degree of development of the country's manufacturing industry and the division of labor in different manufacturing networks.471 sample data from 22 countries in the IMSS 2013 database were used for research:(1)empirical testing of cumulative models that incorporate innovation elements and adjust the relationship between capabilities and factors such as innovation and quality;(2)in accordance with national overall and manufacturing The degree of development and different manufacturing network divisions are used to classify the sample data,and to explore the differences in the cumulative relationship between the manufacturing capabilities of various types of enterprises in these two cases.Research shows that:(1)innovation improves quality and delivery,quality improves delivery and cost,and delivery has a positive effect on cost improvement,butinnovation does not contribute significantly to cost improvement;(2)developed countries There is a difference in the cumulative relationship between manufacturing capacity and the general state.In the developed countries,the innovation of quality and delivery,quality to delivery,delivery and cost promotion are stronger than the manufacturing industry.In the manufacturing enterprises of these two countries,innovation promotes cost,quality and cost.It is not significant;developed countries are stronger than developing countries in terms of quality in terms of delivery and cost,delivery and cost,and developing countries are stronger than developed countries in promoting innovation for quality and delivery.The promotion of cost is not significant.(3)There are differences in the cumulative relationship of enterprise capacity divisions among different manufacturing networks.Innovation among quality pursuers is better for quality,quality,delivery and cost,delivery and cost promotion than production deliverers,and production deliverer innovation for delivery.The role is stronger than the pursuit of excellence,and the promotion of cost in innovation in both types of enterprises is not significant.This study provides recommendations for manufacturing companies to improve manufacturing capabilities in many ways.For a general manufacturing enterprise,it is possible to improve manufacturing capabilities in many aspects at the same time,especially to strengthen the management of innovation capabilities.For countries with a well-developed manufacturing industry,they can vigorously develop innovative capabilities,improve infrastructure construction,and utilize It is good for its own advantages;the developed countries can use their existing advantages to continue to develop high-end manufacturing,but while developing high-end manufacturing,they cannot ignore or even develop low-end manufacturing.Developing countries should take advantage of the opportunities of the times to achieve manufacturing capabilities beyond innovation capabilities;for production deliverers,they can leverage existing strengths,optimize existing businesses,diversify manufacturing capabilities,and transform and upgrade.Maintain and even expand your strengths and business in the future.
