Research On The Urban-Rural Integration In Lishi City Based On The Perspective Of Industrial Transformation

Urban-rural relations are strategic issues that affect China's overall development and stability.In fact,out of a strategic pursuit of rapid industrialization,the essence of urban-rural relations has long been basically the development of agriculture and rural support for industry and cities.In recent years,at the strategic level of the country,the urban-rural dual structure and urban development-oriented ideas have been transformed into coordinated development of large,medium and small cities.China has entered a new era of urban-rural development integration with urban development and urban-rural integration.As an important bearing area of Shanxi's resource-based economic transformation comprehensive reform test area,Lishi District is in a period of industrial transformation,and the characteristics of industrial development are clearly manifested as:The economic scale is small,the city status is low,and the development speed is slow;the scale of the agricultural industry is declining,the efficiency is low,and the spatial distribution is obviously different;the coal and related industries are dominating.Starting from reality,the thesis deeply analyzes the characteristics of urban and rural development in Lishi District,refines the uniqueness of urban and rural areas in the Lishi District,and the strategic issues that need to be resolved.It forms a distinctive feature for the important practical problems and explorations in the development of urban-rural integration in Lishi District.The study of urban and rural integration "lithium model" provides a typical reference for the industrial transformation of many coal resource-based cities in Shanxi Province.The industrial transformation has provided a new idea for the development of urban and rural integration in the Lishi District of Luliang City.At the same time,the industrial transformation is also the main starting point for realizing the integration of urban and rural areas in the Lishi District.Based on the actual situation,the thesis deeply analyzes the characteristics of urban and rural development in Lishi District,and refines the uniqueness of the relationship between urban and rural areas and the strategic issues that need to be solved.From the perspective of industrial transformation,the exploration of the formation of distinctive urban-rural integration “mode of Lishi” approach provides a typical reference for the industrial transformation of many coal resource-based cities in Shanxi Province and the implementation path of urban-rural integration.The dissertation systematically expounds the development and practice of the theory and background of industrial transformation and urban-rural integration at home and abroad,and comprehensively analyzes the current situation and existing problems of urban-rural integration in Lishi District,and finds constraints on urban-rural integration.The outstanding problems,according to its development conditions,propose the development path and measures for the future integration of urban and rural areas in the Lishi District from the perspective of industrial transformation,and provide guidance and implementation for the comprehensive promotion of urban and rural economic and social integration development in the Lishi District.
