Research On The Status Quo And Strategies Of The Urban-Rural Integration Development In The Background Of Removing City To District

Urban-rural relations have always been not only an important development issue that must be faced at the national level,but also an important development problem for different administrative regions in each country.As the basic structure of economic and social development,cities and villages are particularly important for their integration.As far as our country's current national conditions are concerned,the county economy,as a link between urban and rural integration,has always played a central role in achieving the development of urban and rural integration.And "withdrawing the city and setting up districts" is one of the most common means of adjustment of administrative divisions in my country,providing sufficient space and resources for the development of central cities while driving the integrated development of suburban counties.For the new urban area itself,there is generally a characteristic that the rural area occupies a relatively large area.After being classified into the main urban area,its marginal suburban attributes and the central urban area constitute a new "urban-rural" relationship to a certain extent.The urban-rural development of the district is an important way to achieve the integration of urban and rural development in China.This article selects Lin'an District of Hangzhou as the object of empirical research,reads a large number of domestic and foreign research documents on the integration of urban and rural development,and combines the theory of urban and rural integration development to create a "mouth" and "Hui" urban-rural with "people" and "land" as the core elements to integration development model provides guidance for the research logic of the full text.The thesis divides the phases of different status quo and coping strategies of the evolution of urban-rural relations in China since the new century,mainly divided into four stages: urban-rural relationship adjustment stage,urban-rural integrated development stage,urban-rural integration development stage and urban-rural integration development stage,and is based on the concept The model categorizes and summarizes the coping strategies at different stages,which lays the foundation for a deeper understanding of the development process of urban and rural integration in China.Based on the urban-rural integration development model,the author conducts research and analysis on the current situation,problems,advantages,opportunities and other current characteristics of the urban-rural development in Lin'an District of Hangzhou City.The development strategy of "no man's land" and the dual-core urban-rural integration development model driven by "ecology + industry" have also innovated an evolution model that is more suitable for urban-rural integration development in Lin'an District,which has certain research significance both in theory and practice.
