Study On The Path Of Urban Transformation And Upgrade In Zibo City

Urban transformation and upgrading is a subject that is always facing in the process of China's modernization drive,and it is also one of the most pressing issues facing the new normal in China today.Zibo City is located in the middle of Shandong province,both the old industrial city and a typical resource-based city.It is a national important chemical,medicine,equipment,building materials,ceramics,and textile base.It is also the important resource base of the whole country,making outstanding contribution to the country.After long-term development,Zibo has been in the period of resource depletion in the 1990 s.The problems of industrial decline,enterprise bankruptcy,ecological destruction and environmental pollution were outstanding,and once there has been a serious situation that the mineral resource was depleted and the mining city declined.From the "ninety-five" period,the initiative and self-fee transformation of Zibo City has achieved remarkable results,realizing the regenerative development of the old industrial city supported by mineral resources.In recent years,the economic development of Zibo has entered a special period facing the special situation in which the continued downward pressure on the economy and the transformation of the old industrial base has been coupled deeply.This paper based on the transformation and upgrading of Zibo as the breakthrough point summarizes the concept of the transformation and upgrading of old industrial cities and reviews the research and analysis of domestic and foreign studies so that it obtains the theoretical basis and research foundation for the transformation and upgrading of the old industrial city.Then from the actual situation of Zibo,this paper summarizes the development path of the old industrial cities of Zibo and the basic advantages which are formed in the self-transformation over a period of time.Based on the data of recent years,the paper analyzes the problems that Zibo needs solve in the development of urban transformation and it also can get the target for putting forward the countermeasures.The analysis of the advantages and problems is helpful to find out the path of the transformation of Zibo.Learning from the transformation experience of Birmingham and Ruhr,and analyzing the path selection of Panzhihua in Si Chuan and the experience of Kunming dongchuan,the paper provides a reference for Zibo exploring the transition path.Based on all the previous research,the last part puts forward guiding ideas,target positioning,and path suggestions to upgrade the resource-based old industrial city of Zibo,from the perspective of the government's policy guiding the city's transformation.Therefore,it provides valuable reference for how to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Zibo and cities similar to Zibo.
