Research On The Problems And Improvement Of Rural E-commerce In Jiamusi Postal Branch

With the popularization of Internet and the rapid development of economy,e-commerce has also been booming.With the rapid development of e-commerce,e-commerce has gradually penetrated into all fields of rural electronic commerce as a new formats arises at the historic moment,the emergence and development of rural e-commerce is gradually changing the way China's rural economic development and farmers' way of life.As a large state-owned enterprise,the jiamusi branch of China post group co.,ltd.has always assumed the social responsibilities of general service,especially in rural areas under the town and below.It has long been committed to the construction of logistics distribution system and the improvement of financial service system.Since 2014,jiamusi postal branch has responded to the national call,actively entered the rural e-commerce market,fully participated in the comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce in rural areas,and promoted the construction of two circulation channels of "industrial products go to the countryside" and "agricultural products go to town".After several years of exploration and practice,jiamusi post has initially found a unique operation mode of rural e-commerce of postal services.It has taken the postal service as the shopping platform for the development of rural e-commerce by post,and developed the postal operator's operating system to build a rural e-commerce network system combining online and offline aspects.This paper is to jiamusi rural postal electronic commerce as the research object,according to the development of jiamusi postal rural electronic commerce research analyzes the current jiamusi rural postal problems existing in the development of electronic commerce,and the cause of the problem.The main problems existing in the e-commerce project of jiamusi postal branch include:the quality of agricultural products on the rural e-commerce platform is uneven and lack of unified standards;The variety of agricultural products sold on the e-commerce platform is small,while the farmers' agricultural products are not sold.The quality of rural e-commerce practitioners is not high;High logistics costand low efficiency of logistics distribution;Five aspects,such as low popularity of postal e-commerce platform.The main reasons for the problems are: low grade of agricultural products;Incomplete procedures for processing enterprises of agricultural products;Rural permanent population aging is serious,education degree is low;Rural informatization infrastructure is backward;The logistics distribution system of rural e-commerce is not perfect.Postal enterprises e-commerce platform promotion efforts low.According to the above problem,this paper according to jiamusi rural postal electronic commerce development goals,using the theory of e-commerce,studied the rural electronic commerce development countermeasures and put forward the suitable to jiamusi postal rural electronic commerce development countermeasures,including: build scientific rural e-commerce development model;Optimize logistics distribution service management;Strengthen the promotion of postal rural e-commerce platform.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of countermeasures for the development of rural e-commerce of jiamusi post,this paper designed to organisation and policy safeguards;Information security measures;Strengthening rural e-commerce training;Security measures and other safeguards.The significance of this study was,according to jiamusi post with the actual conditions of rural e-commerce development,find out the existing problems in the development of rural e-commerce,put forward development countermeasure and safeguard measure,for rural postal enterprises play a reference role in the development of electronic commerce.
