| Since the change and opening up,China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly,attracting worldwide attention.In some respects,it has reached the forefront of the world,but in many respects,there is still a big gap compared to developed countries.Among them,the lack of research and development capabilities is the biggest problem facing China’s manufacturing industry.China’s manufacturing industry must get rid of the current technological difficulties,and improving research and development capabilities is a top priority.In this case,how to develop high.quality new products,and bring customers satisfaction and surprise,is the enterprise’s pursuit.Quality function deployment(QFD)is a systematic new product development method.It is the process of transforming customer demand into product design,manufacturing and production.It USES matrix to carry out technology transformation and expand customer demand to ensure product quality,so as to meet customer demand and increase customer satisfaction.Meanwhile,the application of QFD in new product development can also reduce internal conflicts,shorten research and development cycle,enhance market penetration,improve product quality and improve customer satisfaction,and improve corporate efficiency.This paper takes the new product development of the technology r&d center of F company as the research object,and uses the knowledge of QFD to study and analyze the current situation of the new product development of the company.This paper discusses how to introduce QFD technology in the process of new product development to identify customer needs,and transfer customer needs to product design,so that the designed products can not only meet customer requirements.Through the case study of new product development,the steps and methods of implementing QFD technology in the new product development of F company are discussed in detail,and the improvement effect is evaluated,trying to provide reference for enterprises to introduce QFD in the new product development. |
