Since the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy and society has made China’s banking industry very prosperous.However,the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008 has led to the "new normal" of macroeconomic development,and significant changes have taken place in the economic and financial environment.The development of banking industry has also come to a new turning point.At the same time,China’s banking industry is also facing a major test of interest rate marketization and the rapid development of Internet finance.Promoting reform and accelerating transformation has become a major issue for the survival and sustainable development of banks.Under the current economic environment,the transformation of growth power and the re-balancing of economic structure have a decisive impact on macro-control policies and industrial transformation and upgrading.New requirements have been put forward for the banking industry,promoting reform and innovation,serving the real economy,optimizing the business structure and controlling the quality of assets.Although the new economic normality brings challenges to the management of H Rural Commercial Bank,it also brings rare strategic opportunities for deep transformation.Under the macroeconomic environment of the new economy,a series of problems have arisen in the development of H Rural Commercial Bank.The current development strategy can not fully adapt to the development of the situation,to a certain extent,it has brought constraints to the reform and development of rural commercial banks.Faced with this situation,how to transform and develop has become a major problem that H Rural Commercial Bank urgently needs to solve.This paper analyses the severe economic situation at home and abroad,the increasingly prominent commercial problems in banking industry,and a series of difficulties faced by H Rural Commercial Bank.It is considered that the implementation of strategic transformation has become an inevitable choice and is imminent.In order to solve this problem,through various research methods and theories,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of rural commercial banks,points out their advantages and disadvantages,analyses the current opportunities and challenges,and reviews the current strategy of H Rural Commercial Bank.After summarizing and analyzing,it is pointed out that its scale priority strategy,business support strategy,homogeneous competition strategy and specialized development strategy have played an important role in promoting the rapid development of various businesses.However,in the current situation,they are unable to meet the needs of development.The scale development is unsustainable,the quality benefit is declining,the asset risk is too centralized,the core competitiveness cannot be effectively reflected,and it is relatively poor in the fierce market competition.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward the thinking,guiding ideology and transformation goal of H Rural Commercial Bank’s strategic transformation,and puts forward the transformation from "scale first" to "laying equal stress on both scale and benefit",from "business support" to "inclined consumption",from "homogeneous competition" to "differentiated competition" and from "specialized development" to "diversified development".In order to transform smoothly,according to the background of H Rural Commercial Bank,this paper gives six aspects of transformation safeguard measures: establishing a scientific management concept,attaching equal importance to scale and efficiency,adhering to customer-centered and market-oriented;adopting advanced business model,vigorously promoting direct banking services,vigorously promoting community banking services,vigorously promoting retail banking services.We should take various measures to broaden the source of funds,optimize the structure of credit customers,optimize the business structure,increase interest income,do a good job in the middle of business,and vigorously expand funds;improve the management mechanism,improve the corporate governance structure,improve business operation mechanism,and formulate effective incentive mechanism;expand abundant business channels,improve off-line functions,and do actual marketing channels.We should develop electronic banking,broaden new service channels,improve network functions and open up new marketing channels,create a beautiful business environment,comprehensively implement standardized service upgrading,speed up the construction of business outlets,optimize and improve service networks,and create a strong cultural atmosphere.Finally,a summary and outlook is given.
