Since the implementation of the strategy for building a strong nation on the Internet,China’s Internet-based messaging industry has made remarkable achievements in the world.Not only on new industry businesses such as sharing economy,consumer upgrades,financial science and technology,but also on new technologies such as big data,blockchain,and artificial intelligence,Chinese Internet companies have played a role as both the promoter and the builder.However,the current Internet environment is still in the harvest period of “flux is the most important”:Search engines takes on bidding rankings,shopping platforms sell counterfeiting and prevalence,social platforms become rumor diffusers,the recommended algorithm has become the cover of copyright plagiarism,and massive ads.As a new driving force of social development,the lack of responsibility for missing corporate ethics on the Internet has been very frequent,which has aroused widespread concern in the society.Xi Jinping’s speech at the "419 Credit Conference" has caused the industry to think deeply about the social responsibility of Internet companies.This paper intends to clarify the theoretical research thread of “social responsibility”,examines its constraints on companies under the current system,and hopes to take the corporate social responsibility of Internet enterprise as the fulcrum to study the role of the Internet companies played in modern and future societies.Hopes to provides the theoretical foundation and corresponding suggestions for the government to promote the social responsibility of Internet enterprises.…….
