Since the concept of corporate social responsibility was proposed in western countries, scholars and entrepreneurs have been watching its development. In today’s international marketplace, companies compete not only concerned about its products and technology, social responsibility performance can also have a significant impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, many foreign companies began to incorporate social responsibility into the strategic plan to begin implementation of social responsibility measures, and social responsibility information disclosure. Our research on corporate social responsibility is a short time, with the rapid development of Internet, some Internet companies lack of social responsibility issues exposed, user information leakage, malicious competition and other corporate events happen a lot. China’s Internet companies want to achieve sustained and stable development, should recognize that to fulfill all parties’ social responsibility by actively taking their interests into account, in order to gain a competitive advantage in terms of resources and capacity, is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper aims to study the influence of China’s Internet corporate social responsibility on the enterprise competitiveness. First reviewed the relevant literature of corporate social responsibility theory, corporate competitiveness theory and stakeholder theory, and focus on analyzing the study of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the competitiveness of enterprises. Next,according to the views of stakeholders to explore the impact path of five corporate social responsibility areas to competitiveness, like shareholders, creditors,employees, government, consumers. In the subsequent empirical research, designed the corporate social responsibility index system and corporate competitiveness indicators system, established a research model, selected 2011-2013 sample data of30 Internet companies, conducted the quantitative relations between corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness by using statistical software SPSS16.0.Finally, the empirical results obtained : enterprises to fulfill their Social responsibilities to shareholders and government will effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises; enterprise size has a significant impact on the extent of their participation in social responsibility, and medium-sized enterprises are more willing to carry out social responsibility activities; the impact of enterprises fulfilled their social responsibilities to the creditors and the client to the competitiveness of enterprises was not significant; enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities to employees will weaken the competitiveness of enterprises.
