With the improvement of social responsibility theories at home and abroad,some enterprises begin to pay more attention to social responsibility in the process of operation.However,due to the incomplete maturity of relevant theories and the lack of relevant supervision and regulation in the society,most enterprises are still in the state of passive implementation.In fact,the development and promotion of CSR plays an important role in economic development and enterprise planning.A single financial index cannot fully show an enterprise's level of management and financial situation.Simply pursuing the economic interests of enterprises will affect the long-term development and scientific development of enterprises.Enterprise management layer needs a system of comprehensive,scientific and complete indicators to evaluate the performance of enterprise.In the process of enterprise performance evaluation,the combination of financial indicators and non-financial indicators is the long-term solution for enterprise development.The overall environment of social development has shown that both financial indicators and non-financial indicators are indispensable in enterprise performance evaluation.Financial indicators in enterprises' debt paying ability,development ability,profit ability,operation ability,etc,reflect the state of development of an enterprise and profit gain coefficient,and non-financial indicators are the indispensable responsibilities that enterprises should undertake in the development process,which respectively reflect in the influencing factors and responsibilities of creditors,consumers,government,enterprise employees,communities and other aspects.Introducing social responsibility index into TQG beverage mineral water company can provide a new idea and strategic development direction for enterprises to recommend sustainable development,and can also provide a reference index system for other enterprises in related industries,thus make the company's performance evaluation system more perfect and reasonable.In the whole writing process,the author divides it into seven parts for analysis.The first part is the introduction,which is the starting point of the whole paper,including the background,purpose,significance,literature review and research methods,ideas and routes at home and abroad.The second part is the overview of relevant theories of performance evaluation from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.The second part is the overview of relevant theories of performance evaluation from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.This part is the basis of the whole paper,which makes a detailed overview of the theoretical basis designed in this paper,including the definition of social responsibility,the theoretical basis of social responsibility and relevant theories of corporate performance evaluation.The third part is the performance evaluation status analysis of TQG beverage mineral water company,which introduces the current performance evaluation system of the enterprise and the existing problems and reasons under the current performance evaluation system.The fourth part is the construction of the enterprise performance evaluation system under the social responsibility,which combines the characteristics of the food and beverage industry and puts the social responsibility indicators into the enterprise performance system in order to built a new TQG beverage mineral water company's performance evaluation system that combines the financial indicators and non-financial indicators.The fifth part is the specific application of corporate performance evaluation system based on social responsibility in TQG beverage mineral water company.This part uses the comprehensive scoring method to grade different situations and analyze the results.The sixth part is the improvement suggestions for the performance evaluation system of TQG beverage mineral water company based on social responsibility.This part combines with the defects of TQG's current enterprise performance evaluation system,and makes targeted suggestions.Part seven,conclusions and deficiencies.
