Research Of Bed&Breakfast Development At Xifu Village In Changsha

On November 19,2015,the general office of the state council issued the guidance of the general office of the state council on accelerating the development of the life service industry and promoting the upgrading of the consumption structure.First,it proposed the importance of actively developing b&b inns,which made b&b become an eye-catching focus in the development of rural tourism.Xifu village seized this opportunity and took the lead city to develop a new model of rural homestay in Changsha.Combining with the development of trends and changes of rural leisure tourism industry,as Xifu villagers in Changsha the research object,we collected the information about the home stay facility development both at home and abroad.Under the basis of related literature,it mainely used the theory of sustainable development theory,humanism development and tourism consumer behavior theory,4ps marketing theory,through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire,interview method and so on in order to analyze this research about Xifu villagers lodge development in Changsha.Firstly,the origin,definition,characteristics and classification of b&b were analyzed.Secondly,analyzes the development environment of rural homestay in changsha from the perspective of consumption demand,interprets the national policy and industry standard of homestay,and analyzes the good opportunities brought by the development of tourism and rural leisure agriculture as well as the psychological changes of consumers?After that,the development status and problems of Xifu village lodging in Changsha city were analyzed through questionnaire design and household interview.Based on the analysis of the development statusof the relevant conditions of Xifu village residence,this paper puts forward five problems in the development of Xifu village residence:backward infrastructure,low service level,cultural characteristics,insufficient experience,incomplete safety management and insufficient innovation of marketing concept ?Finally,through the overall and detailed definition,analysis,research,comparison and investigation summary,on the basis of the existing four ways to improve the development level of Xifu villagers' lodging in changsha are the government's assistance and guidance.Improve infrastructure and improve services;Enhance cultural characteristics,enhance individual experience and innovative marketing concepts.
